Returns and Exchanges
All Baby Banz products are covered by a 6 month warranty beginning from date of purchase. The following policies apply when returning merchandise:
Exchange. In order to exchange product for a different color or size, the return must be accompanied by the original receipt and $5 processing fee. On either your receipt or a separate sheet of paper, please note the reason for the return, state your request for an exchange, and in which color and size you would like your exchange. Please return to the address below.
Replacement. If the product was damaged prior to receiving the product or you feel you have encountered a manufacturing defect, the product may be replaced free of charge. Please include the original receipt and note the reason for the return, state your request for a replacement, and in which color and size you would like your replacement. Please return to the address below.
Refund. If you are dissatisfied with the merchandise please write to us at email@example.com.

Refunds, Exchanges and Replacements may take 7-10 days to process from the time we receive your returned item(s). Cost of return is the responsibility of the purchaser. If you require a quicker turnaround time, please contact customer service (see Contact Us).
Please note: Refunds, exchanges or replacements will not be accepted on items purchased from the 'Bargain Bin'.
